TCGA Data Set

The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) is a comprehensive effort to increase our understanding of cancer through cellular and molecular analysis and its goal is to improve the ability to diagnose, treat and prevent cancer. The Cancer Genome Atlas project is producing large multimodal datasets containing histopathology images, radiology, genomic, and clinical reports for more than 20 types of cancer and many subtypes.
